# Energy system

Game energy is required to navigate mazes and collect cryptoblocks. In Cryptomaze, there are 2 types of energy - <mark style="color:green;">green</mark> and <mark style="color:blue;">blue</mark>.&#x20;

<mark style="color:green;">Green energy</mark> can be purchased in the Shop menu and will remain on your account until you use it up.&#x20;

<mark style="color:blue;">Blue energy</mark> is seasonal, you can obtain it by opening NFT Block Cases or by collecting blue batteries in mazes in random places. <mark style="color:blue;">Seasonal energy</mark> burns out after the end of the game season. <mark style="color:blue;">Seasonal energy</mark> is automatically using before <mark style="color:green;">green</mark>.&#x20;
